Cancellation Policy

● Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at the end of any month. ○ Cancellations are not accepted mid-month. Cancellations for services booked under subscription plan require 1 hour notice, expedited pickup and delivery require 2 hour notice. ● Standard Subscription Service includes scheduled pick-ups and deliveries throughout the month. ● Additional Pick-Ups or Deliveries beyond your plan are also $20 each. ● Flexible Scheduling is available within your monthly plan. ● The subscription applies to standard service only. Expedited or extra services will incur additional charges. -Expedited Deliveries are available for an additional $15 per request. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and item details. ●Errands is not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to: ○Incorrect or incomplete information; ○Inability to reach the recipient; ○Unattended delivery locations when signature or handoff is required.
