Terms and Conditions – Errands
By using Errands services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the business owner without prior notice.
1. Expedited Delivery Services●Expedited delivery aims to complete deliveries within 1 to 2 hours (This timeframe is not guaranteed during severe weather, or high volume traffic conditions due to accidents.)

●A $25 rush-hour surcharge applies to all expedited deliveries scheduled or carried out between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

●If delivery is not completed within the promised timeframe, and it is not due to recipient unavailability or incorrect information, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the delivery fee.
2. Bulk Item Delivery
●Bulk item delivery is limited to items weighing a maximum of 100 pounds total per delivery.
●Deliveries exceeding this limit must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees or require special arrangements.
3. Subscription Services
●Subscription services are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-month; service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Right of Refusal

●Errands reserves the right to decline or cancel any delivery request if:

○Traffic conditions make the delivery unsafe or unfeasible;

○The delivery cannot reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe;

○The item violates our delivery restrictions (e.g., illegal items, hazardous materials, unapproved oversized items).
5. Customer Responsibilities
●Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and item details.
●Errands is not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to:
○Incorrect or incomplete information;
○Inability to reach the recipient;
○Unattended delivery locations when signature or handoff is required.
6. Liability

●Errands is not responsible for damages caused to items that are:○Improperly packed or secured;

○Fragile or temperature-sensitive and not disclosed in advance.

●Claims for damages or delivery issues must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following:
●Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
●Illegal substances or paraphernalia
●Perishable goods not properly packaged
●Live animals
●Hazardous materials
8. Service Area and Hours
●Service is limited to the areas currently listed on our website or confirmed via phone or email.
●Operating hours are subject to change. Some deliveries may be limited or unavailable on holidays or weekends.
